Our client is building a new healthcare staffing division focused on behavioral health, therapy, and locum tenens. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale a business from the ground up within an established platform.<br />
<br />
The Senior Vice President will serve as a key architect of this new division, responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and building high-performing sales and recruiting teams. This role offers a clear path to President based on performance.<br />

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />

<strong>Business & Growth Leadership</strong><br>

&#9;<br>Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for a new healthcare staffing division.<br>

&#9;<br>Define target markets, service offerings, and growth priorities.<br>

&#9;<br>Scale the business to achieve sustained, double-digit revenue growth.<br>

&#9;<br>Own key performance metrics including fill rates, time-to-fill, and retention.<br>

&#9;<br>Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and margin discipline.<br> 
&#9;</li>

&#9;<br>Own full P&L, including revenue, margin, and cost management.<br>

<strong>Required Experience</strong><br>

&#9;<br>7â€“10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare staffing.<br> 
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Direct experience in behavioral health, therapy, and/or locum tenens preferred.<br> 
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Proven track record of building and scaling a staffing business (ideally $40M+).<br> 
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong client-facing sales experience with history of generating new business.<br> 
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Experience leading both sales and recruiting organizations.<br> 
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>P&L ownership or direct responsibility for revenue and margin performance.<br />
&#9;&nbsp;<br>

<br>This role focuses on selling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire solutions. Youâ€™ll have broad flexibility - no niche skill-set constraints - and strong recruiting support with a tenured, onshore team.<br>

&#9;<li>Develop new client relationships within IT and IT-adjacent industries.
&#9;<li>Sell the full suite of staffing solutions: contract, contract-to-hire, and perm.

&#9;<li>Partner with internal recruiting teams who are incentivized to support your book of business.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with your team to ensure client satisfaction and solution delivery.
&#9;<li>Participate in client meetings (8â€“10/month once ramped) and manage the full sales cycle.

&#9;<li>6-month milestone: 1 to 2 MSAs signed, with deals nearing close, and 1â€“2 consultants billing.
&#9;<li>12-month milestone: goal 6 to 8 consultants on billing.
