What Youâ€™ll Do<br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, recruiting needs, and success profiles
&#9;<li>Own the full-cycle direct hire recruiting process from intake through offer and close
&#9;<li>Evaluate and interview candidates, aligning skills and experience to client requirements
&#9;<li>Deliver a high-touch candidate and client experience through clear communication and timely updates
&#9;<li>Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and repeat hiring needs
&#9;<li>Leverage traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify top F&A talent
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS
&#9;<li>Operate with urgency, accountability, and a consultative mindset
</ul>

What You Need<br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>5+ years of Finance & Accounting recruiting experience within the staffing industry
&#9;<li>Direct Hire experience strongly preferred
&#9;<li>Proven, consistent performance with strong job tenure
&#9;<li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
&#9;<li>Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
&#9;<li>Client-focused, solution-oriented approach to recruiting
&#9;<li>Adaptability and desire to grow in a scaling environment

Our client is a high-performance staffing firm founded 2016 that accelerated growth in 2022â€“2023 and has delivered&nbsp;double-digit growth since 2021. They are hiring an&nbsp;Senior Business Development Manager to drive new sales and expand existing accounts across contract staffing and direct-hire placements. This is a true hunter/grower role for someone who thrives in an&nbsp;&ldquo;A-player only&rdquo;, high-expectations environmentâ€”competitive, accountable, and client-facing with equal parts grit and polish.<br>
<br>
Youâ€™ll own the full sales cycle, build a book in your market, and partner closely with recruiters to deliver talent quickly and credibly.<br>
<br>
What Youâ€™ll Do:<br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Identify targets, open doors, and secure search/staffing engagements with direct hiring managers.
&#9;<li>Prospect - discovery - solution design - terms/fee alignment - close - launch - grow.
&#9;<li>Sell both contract and direct hire&nbsp;matching client needs with the right delivery approach.
&#9;<li>Prioritize a defined geography/market and develop a repeatable pipeline.
&#9;<li>Partner with recruiting&nbsp;to drive urgency, calibrate on role requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery.
&#9;<li>Increase job flow, deepen relationships, and expand hiring manager footprint.
&#9;<li>Consistent activity, accurate CRM/ATS documentation, and strong forecasting.

What does Great look like:<br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>A strong mid-level AE should target&nbsp;~$250K production in year one&nbsp;(in collaboration with recruiting).
&#9;<li>Year two should be&nbsp;$1M+&nbsp;for top performers, depending on market, execution, and account growth.
&#9;<li>Consistent new client meetings, qualified job intake, speed-to-launch, and expansion within active accounts.

What you need:<br>

&#9;<li>Proven staffing sales experience (agency) as an AE / BD / full-desk seller.
&#9;<li>Hunter mentality&nbsp;with a track record of opening new accounts and building durable client relationships.
&#9;<li>High urgency and resilience: you donâ€™t need &ldquo;perfect conditions&rdquo; to create results.
&#9;<li>Strong client presence and able to be firm and consultative.
&#9;<li>Competitive, accountable, and energized by high expectations and measurable goals.
