A Brooklyn-based staffing firm is hiring a&nbsp;<strong>true full-desk (360) recruiter</strong>&nbsp;with a&nbsp;<strong>headhunter mentality</strong>âsomeone who can&nbsp;<strong>source and engage talent</strong>&nbsp;(not &ldquo;post and pray&rdquo;), operate confidently on&nbsp;<strong>both sides of the desk</strong>, and help support a portfolio of&nbsp;<strong>City/State agency clients</strong>&nbsp;(plus a smaller private-client portfolio).<br />
<br />
This is a&nbsp;<strong>primarily contract staffing</strong>&nbsp;environment with meaningful emphasis on&nbsp;<strong>post-placement management</strong>&nbsp;and retention of talent on assignment.<br />

<strong>What Youâll Do</strong><br> 

<ul>

&#9;<br>Run&nbsp;<strong>360/full-desk recruiting</strong>: business development + recruiting delivery + stakeholder management.<br> 
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Proactively&nbsp;<strong>source and recruit</strong>&nbsp;healthcare talent (and some non-clinical roles), including&nbsp;<strong>passive candidates</strong>.<br>

&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Take on&nbsp;<strong>account management</strong>&nbsp;responsibilities and help support/expand existing client relationships.<br> 
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Own full lifecycle recruiting: intake/qualify, interview coordination, feedback, negotiation, and close.<br> 
&#9;</li>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Manage&nbsp;<strong>post-placement</strong>&nbsp;success: support retention and performance of talent on assignment.<br>

&#9;<br>Contract staffing focus: ideally has managed&nbsp;<strong>~12+ contractors on billing</strong>&nbsp;at once.<br>

&#9;<br>Maintain strong workflow hygiene in the&nbsp;<strong>ATS</strong>&nbsp;and support accurate pipeline/activity tracking.<br>
