Our client, a privately held $120M staffing organization with a strong reputation and tenured leadership team, is seeking an experienced staffing&nbsp;Senior Business Development Manager&nbsp;to drive growth across key markets. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and expanding market share in staffing and workforce solutions.<br>

<strong><em>What youâll do:</em></strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth across target industries and accounts.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Identify, prospect, and secure new client relationships at the executive and decision-maker level.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Leverage the firmâs strong reputation and leadership team to win competitive opportunities.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and consultative selling.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company profitability goals.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and recommendations to leadership.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.<br> 
&#9;
</ul>

<strong><em>What you need:</em></strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>7+ years of progressive sales/business development experience in staffing or workforce solutions.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term client partnerships.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong network of client relationships in Chicago and/or surrounding markets.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Consultative sales approach with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an established infrastructure.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.<br> 
&#9;
</ul>
