Our client is a well-established, privately held staffing firm based in the Atlanta market looking to add an Admin/Finance Manager to their team. This is a hands-on, high-growth role designed for someone who wants to develop deep expertise in operations, finance, and systems. Youâll start execution-heavy and grow into broader ownership as processes mature.<br>
<br>
Primary Objectives:
<ul>
&#9;<li>Remove day-to-day back office burden from the CEO.
&#9;<li>Internalize key operations currently handled by vendors.
&#9;<li>Improve accuracy across payroll, commissions, AP, and AR.
&#9;<li>Build scalable systems alongside external partners.
</ul>
<br>
What youâll do:

<ul>
&#9;<li>Manage full AP cycle: invoices, coding, approvals, payments.
&#9;<li>Build processes, controls and documentation leading to transitioning AP fully in-house.
&#9;<li>Improve accuracy and support system enhancements.
&#9;<li>Review payroll for employees and contractors; validate hours, rates, deductions and commissions.
&#9;<li>Resolve discrepancies and build repeatable processes.
&#9;<li>Establish weekly/monthly cadence across payroll, AP, AR, billing, and benefits.
&#9;<li>Ensure deadlines, accuracy, and accountability.
&#9;<li>Partner with fractional controller on AR aging, collections, and risk.
&#9;<li>Coordinate benefits administration and payroll alignment.
&#9;<li>Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and accounting partners.
</ul>

What you need:

<ul>
&#9;<li>2â5 years in operations, finance, accounting, or back office roles.
&#9;<li>Experience with AP, payroll support, or data workflows.
&#9;<li>Strong Excel/systems comfort and attention to detail.
&#9;<li>Ownership mindset and willingness to &ldquo;roll up your sleeves&rdquo;.
&#9;<li>Curiosity, reliability, and process-oriented thinking.

We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Vice President to lead a &nbsp;healthcare staffing division focused on Travel Nursing and Travel Allied placements. This role represents a key leadership position within the organization and will play a critical role in driving growth, operational excellence, and market leadership across two established staffing brands.<br>

The Vice President will partner closely with the Executive Vice President to shape and execute the divisionâs strategy while delivering strong financial performance and operational results. This leader will oversee a team of five senior leaders responsible for sales, recruiting, and operational delivery, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent execution across the organization.<br>

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment, can translate strategy into action, and has a proven track record of scaling staffing organizations.<br>

Key Responsibilities:<br>

Strategic Leadership<br>
