Weâre seeking a senior commercial leader to drive strategic partnerships with consumer brands and retail organizations. This role will focus on expanding the adoption of a modern HR Tech / EOR SaaS platform designed for freelancers and contingent workforces.<br>
<br>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
&#9;<li>Build and own relationships with enterprise and mid-market consumer brands and retail companies
&#9;<li>Drive new business through consultative, solution-based selling of an HR Tech / EOR platform
&#9;<li>Position the platform as a scalable solution for managing freelance and contingent talent
&#9;<li>Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to align the go-to-market strategy
&#9;<li>Develop and execute a pipeline strategy targeting key accounts and industry verticals
&#9;<li>Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals
</ul>
<br>
Ideal Background:

<ul>
&#9;<li>Proven track record selling HR Tech, workforce solutions, or EOR platforms
&#9;<li>Deep experience working with consumer brands and/or retail organizations
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of freelance, gig, or contingent workforce ecosystems
&#9;<li>Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
&#9;<li>Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
</ul>

Compensation:

&#9;<li>Base salary - $200K â $225K
&#9;<li>Performance-based bonus
&#9;<li>Equity participation

Our client is a privately held staffing firm in the Atlanta region seeking an&nbsp;Account Executive&nbsp;to drive&nbsp;new business development&nbsp;focused exclusively on&nbsp;light industrial staffing&nbsp;across Georgia. This is a&nbsp;pure sales / hunter&nbsp;roleâideal for someone who thrives on high outbound activity, face-to-face client meetings, and closing new accounts.<br>

<strong><em>What youâll do</em></strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Prospect and win new light industrial staffing business across multiple GA markets (calls, visits, networking, referrals).
&#9;<li>Build and manage a healthy pipeline from first conversation through proposal, close, and launch.
&#9;<li>Lead discovery to understand workforce needs (volume, shifts, job types, pay/bill parameters, safety requirements).
&#9;<li>Present solutions and pricing; negotiate terms and secure agreements.
&#9;<li>Partner with recruiting/operations to ensure smooth kickoff and strong service delivery after the sale.
&#9;<li>Track activity and outcomes (meetings, proposals, closes, GP) and consistently drive next steps.
</ul>
<strong><em>What you need</em></strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Proven success selling&nbsp;staffing services&nbsp;(light industrial strongly preferred).
&#9;<li>Strong prospecting discipline, comfortable being on the phone and in front of clients daily.
&#9;<li>Ability to create opportunities without relying solely on existing relationships.
&#9;<li>Professional, consultative style with the ability to close.
