Vice President of Sales and Recruiting, Staffing Industry
Job Description
Our client is hiring a Vice President of Sales & Recruiting to lead and align their revenue and delivery engine. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role with a clear path to C-level. Reporting to the COO, you’ll own strategy and execution across sales and recruiting—including contract staffing, direct hire, and managed services.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and develop high-performing sales and recruiting teams.
- Build and execute an integrated go-to-market strategy.
- Drive top-line growth, gross profit, fill rates, and client retention.
- Partner across functions—marketing, ops, tech—to support scale.
- Cultivate executive-level client relationships and drive enterprise sales.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years in staffing (ETC preferred), with 5+ in senior leadership.
- Passionate about developing people and building strong cultures.
- Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset and high EQ.
- Comfortable driving performance with data and accountability.
- Growth-oriented, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused.

Beginning her career as an on-site manager in Lenexa, Kansas, Jennifer has experience recruiting in multiple geographies throughout the U.S. with expertise recruiting in the IT, Legal, Accounting and Finance, Administrative, Manufacturing, Light Industrial and Healthcare verticals. Jennifer is a graduate of Kansas State University and a mom of three. She loves traveling, playing games with her family, and Friday night date nights with her husband.
