VP Sales, Regional Sales - NC, SC, FL
Staffing industry experience required


Are you an experienced sales leader with a track record of driving significant  businesses growth? Our client, a reputable company with 40 locations nationwide, is seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to spearhead growth initiatives in the Southeast region. If you have a strong background in industrial/commercial sales and a passion for fostering a family-friendly company culture, we want to hear from you!

Overview of Company:
Our client operates a network of 40 affiliated locations nationwide, each independently owned but adhering to a unified hiring process and shared core values. With 8 owners overseeing multiple locations, the company maintains a consistent mission statement and hiring standards across all branches. Currently, focusing on expanding operations in NC, SC, FL, AL, and GA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales initiatives in NC, SC, and FL regions, with potential expansion to AL and GA.
  • Manage a team of 6 sales representatives, with plans to hire 3-4 more based on market demands.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company targets.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to ensure alignment with company goals.


Must have:
  • Proven experience in scaling businesses and a track record of developing and leading sales talent.
  • Background in industrial/commercial sales, preferably in manufacturing and logistics sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
  • Familiarity with phantom stock plans and incentive structures


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $125-150K+ based on experience and talent.
  • Commission structure tied to revenue targets and performance.
  • Phantom stock plan in development to provide additional incentives.

  • Location: Predominantly NC, SC with travel to FL, AL, and GA.
  • Travel: Required within assigned territories.
