Vice President of Sales, National Accounts - Commercial Staffing 

10-15 Years Staffing Industry Experience in Sales Leadership 

Our client is a $300M+ privately held  commercial staffing firm with deep roots in the New York/New Jersey markets, with over 90 locations nationwide partnering with clients to provide staffing and payrolling solutions for their workforce needs for administrative, call center, light industrial, distribution, 3PL, and luxury beauty and fragrance needs.

We' re looking for a VP of Sales/National Accounts to build out a new national account strategy to include team design, and go to market strategy.   Responsible for generating new business company-wide that meets and exceeds stated financial metrics and goals. The VP Sales will hire, develop, coach and lead a best-in-class national and regional sales team to deliver significantly enhanced market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role on the executive team, as both a business leader and sales expert, to  establish us as the best-in-class staffing solution in each of the verticals that we service.
  • Work collaboratively with business leaders to establish the annual sales  objectives consistent with the strategic plan for the Company.
  • Build and develop a best-in-class sales team that will execute the Sales  strategy and exceed the annual targets and goals.
  • Exemplify the  utmost integrity, honesty and candor in all of our dealings with co-workers,  applicants, customers and vendors.
  • Establish and ensure the consistent execution of a sales strategy that will identify,  develop and close new clients who meet or exceed our financial and operating metrics  and are consistent with our overall business strategy.
  • Ensure the development of a strong pipeline of potential opportunities for significant  and sustainable growth of the business.
  • Develop and monitor key sales team metrics and measure the execution of the  sales strategy and resulting sales performance.
  • Build and cultivate key customer relationships to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
  • Promote brand awareness as the best-in-class staffing solution at all venues,  including sales calls, industry meetings, trade shows and conventions, etc.

  • Travel 50+% of the time once the Team is hired
  • Bachelor' s in Business
  • 10-15 years Staffing Industry Experience  in Sales Leadership roles  
  • Strategic thinker, with very strong problem solving and decision making skills.

Six figure compensation structure to include base and strong variable compensation plan.
