Vice President of Sales, MSP & RPO - Virtual

- Have a proven track record of selling MSP or RPO solutions
- Be experienced in developing and delivering sales proposals
- Have fluent knowledge of Managed Service Program(MSP) concepts and sales tactics
- Have a true passion for problem solving and working hand in hand with clients, tailoring solutions to best fit their needs
- Demonstrate skills of meeting annual sales quotas
- Prioritize and accomplish a daily task load while working with minimal supervision
- Adapt to new environments and become productive quickly - able to work independently and excel in a fast paced environment where changing priorities can occur
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Travel 20-50% of the time
- 5+ years of sales experience in workforce solutions including MSP and/or RPO
- BS or BA or Masters degree preferred.
