** 10+ years’ Experience in Staffing, Workforce Solutions, Call Center, or related industries required
Our client, a Midwest-based healthcare staffing firm with an excellent reputation and collaborative leadership team is looking for a VP of Operations. This will require relocation to be hands-on with executive leadership and the Board of Directors in order to develop strategic growth plans and put plans of action in place.
What you'll do:
- Work daily with the Executive Leadership Team to design and implement growth strategies.
- Drive operational improvement using Data and Analytics.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the overall growth and retention of the organization.
- Establish objectives and goals with the delivery team to maximize requirements with existing clients.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- 10+ years of direct operations experience in healthcare staffing or a related industry.
- Proven ability to engage and establish credibility and respect of employees, peers, and leaders.
- Inspirational leadership and demonstrated growth through leadership.
- Proven operational understanding of how to optimize growth and profitability within an organization.
- To be a data junky with a track record of using data, analytics, and information as tools while implementing and executing on growth goals.
