Vice President of Sales - Staffing or Workforce Solutions Industry
We’re hiring for a VP, New Business Development to lead strategic growth and expand market share.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for new business opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual financial targets.
- Drive high-level client interactions, including executive relationship management, contract negotiations, and escalation resolution.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with company goals and market trends.
- Lead the development of strategies to expand the company’s footprint within current accounts and secure new business.
- Direct and mentor Sales Directors, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
- Oversee the expansion of service offerings across multiple sectors including IT, Digital, PMO, and Engineering.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives within client organizations.
- Lead and manage performance-based initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
- Experience in enterprise sales strategies, contract negotiations, and client engagement at the executive level.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing senior sales professionals and building high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Ability to foster and maintain long-term client partnerships with a focus on customer success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with C-suite executives.
- Deep understanding of workforce solutions and client engagement strategies.
- Experience in driving business performance and managing a diverse sales team.
