Are you a staffing leader looking for your next opportunity?
Our client is a leading national HR solutions provider for small to mid-sized businesses. They are known for their consultative, high-integrity approach and for delivering excellence in HR, payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation. With a strong nationwide footprint and rapid growth, this is a chance to make a direct impact at scale while building a brand-new function from the ground up.
A Day in the Life
You start your day reviewing the pipeline of broker and agency relationships, mapping out how to bring a fragmented network into one cohesive strategy. Midday, you’re deep in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal—aligning on standard referral agreements that replace one-off deals with scalable, fair structures. By afternoon, you’re building dashboards and metrics to measure partner success while also preparing to present your channel vision to senior leadership. You end the day connecting directly with brokers, ensuring they feel supported as you roll out new programs that strengthen partnerships and fuel growth.
What you will do:
-
Establish and centralize a national broker and agency partnership program.
-
Standardize referral agreements and incentive structures.
-
Collaborate across departments to ensure consistency and compliance.
-
Drive relationship management, partner enablement, and performance tracking.
-
Serve as a thought partner to executive leadership on channel strategy.
-
10+ years in channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or indirect sales (PEO/EOR or related HR services preferred).
-
Proven success building or scaling broker/partner-driven models.
-
Strong financial acumen and experience designing incentive programs.
-
High EQ with the ability to manage sales-owned relationships tactfully.
-
Hands-on project management and organizational skills; thrives building from scratch.
-
Bachelor’s degree required.
-
Competitive base salary + performance incentives + equity.
-
Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holidays).
-
The opportunity to design and lead a brand-new function with visibility to the C-suite.
-
Direct impact on scaling a national broker-driven growth engine and shaping the future of the organization.
