Vice President, Brand Partnership - HR Tech
Job Description
Preferably based in the Greater NYC area; open to other major U.S. metropolitan markets
We’re seeking a senior commercial leader to drive strategic partnerships with consumer brands and retail organizations. This role will focus on expanding the adoption of a modern HR Tech / EOR SaaS platform designed for freelancers and contingent workforces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own relationships with enterprise and mid-market consumer brands and retail companies
- Drive new business through consultative, solution-based selling of an HR Tech / EOR platform
- Position the platform as a scalable solution for managing freelance and contingent talent
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to align the go-to-market strategy
- Develop and execute a pipeline strategy targeting key accounts and industry verticals
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals
Ideal Background:
- Proven track record selling HR Tech, workforce solutions, or EOR platforms
- Deep experience working with consumer brands and/or retail organizations
- Strong understanding of freelance, gig, or contingent workforce ecosystems
- Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Compensation:
- Base salary - $200K – $225K
- Performance-based bonus
- Equity participation
