Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Staffing Industry - Florida
As a key player and dynamic leader with deep staffing experience in the warehouse, logistics and supply chain business, you'll spearhead our client's revolutionary workforce solutions and staffing sales strategy within the Florida region (specifically the Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Jacksonville areas). Your mission is to identify untapped opportunities and clients in the distribution, manufacturing and light industrial verticals. What you'll do:
- Hunt & Conquer: Dive into the heart of the action, spending the majority of your time in the field, engaging potential clients face-to-face.
- Consult & Innovate: Be the catalyst for transformation. Deliver compelling presentations, craft ingenious lead-generation strategies, and tailor our cutting-edge service offerings to each client's unique needs.
- Nurture & Elevate: Dedicate time each week to fostering long-term partnerships with existing accounts. Your success lies in maintaining strong relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring flawless service execution.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with our brilliant internal teams to develop customized business analyses, craft winning proposals, and seamlessly onboard new clients.
- Elevate Excellence: Be the face of the organization, making frequent site visits for inspections, team training, and client relationship management.
What you need:
- Located in the Central Florida Market.
- A dynamic sales driver with a deep understanding of staffing in the warehouse, logistics and supply chain marketplace.
- Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs in the above industries.
- Ideally thrived in large, high volume staffing environments, with experience winning multi-million dollar staffing deals and meeting or exceeding a $10M/year annual sales revenue quota.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
