Job Description
Our client, an IT staffing & solutions firm has a solid platform for rapid growth, and the company is looking for a seasoned sales leader with 20+ years of experience to lead and scale our company’s sales function across all service lines.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, managing high-stakes negotiations, and building strong relationships with C-suite executives, clients, and internal teams. This role requires someone who excels in driving growth in both new and existing markets and is experienced in overseeing cross-functional teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Compensation: $175-$200K base plus variable
