VP of Sales, Enterprise Staffing - New York–based preferred

Our client is a privately held, multi-vertical staffing firm with decades of market presence and a strong brand. They are known for their scale, stability, and diversified service offerings — and they are now at an inflection point where sales leadership must evolve to support the next phase of growth.

We’re hiring a VP of Sales, Enterprise Staffing to own hiring, training, forecasting, and sales execution, and to rebuild a sales organization that has grown complacent over time.

What You Will Do:
  • Own and modernize the enterprise sales strategy across temp, direct hire, and MSP solutions
  • Hire 3–5 net-new salespeople and rebuild a true sales bench
  • Establish and teach a transactional + consultative sales methodology
  • Build a prospecting and pipeline discipline (lead generation, deal management, forecasting)
  • Reset expectations, activity standards, and accountability across a tenured team
  • Develop sales KPIs, forecasting cadence, and performance management rigor
  • Train and develop future sales leaders (“train the trainers”)
  • Partner with operations and recruiting leadership to remove execution friction
  • Improve forecast accuracy and leadership visibility into revenue performance


What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience rebuilding or scaling a sales organization, not just managing one
  • Strong hands-on sales leader who coaches, teaches, and inspects
  • Background in multi-vertical staffing strongly preferred
  • Comfortable selling beyond VMS-only environments
  • Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong sales talent
  • High energy, modern leadership style that can reset culture without breaking it
