Vice President of Sales, Staffing Vertical/SAAS - Remote, East Coast 

7-10 Years Staffing Industry Experience in Sales Leadership, Selling to the Staffing Industry

Our client is the leader in automating talent acquisition and relationship, their platform enables customers to attract, engage, retain and re-deploy  talent by building branded talent communities,  keeping candidates informed and engaged with your employer brand during and post hiring.   The VP of Sales is the leader for selling this platform to the staffing firm vertical, must have strong staffing industry contacts with a  combination of both SAAS and Staffing Industry exp.    Senior level individual contributor role that will build a sales team focused on selling to the Staffing Industry, Seat at the table role reporting directly to the CEO. Must have C level selling experience and the ability to build a strong go to market strategy, partner with marketing,  build a world class sales team  with a focus on both US and Global Growth. 

Looking for a true Game-Changer in every sense of the word. This person will be responsible to drive overall sales strategy in staffing segment to achieve target quotas. We seek a person that is dynamic, progressive and strategic.    We are looking for someone who is a competitor by nature and wants to put their mark on this industry.   


What you’ ll be doing:  
  • Leading our sales into Staffing companies 
  • Go-to-market planning, prospect and generate robust pipeline of opportunities 
  • Build and execute sales strategy and planning to meet or exceed revenue targets 
  • Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and sales enablement 
  • Identify potential new clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network 
  • Provide insights into sales cycles and process to efficiently navigate the deal 
  • Build an effective team who would deliver results 
  • As part of the sales process, gather market and client intelligence and provides strategic feedback to Marketing, Service, and Sales to strengthen offerings and capture additional business 


Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’ s Degree with minimum 6-10 years of sales experience with demonstrated success in selling business applications in ATS (Bullhorn, Avionte etc.) or Talent acquisition or Talent relationship products and other related applications to staffing or corporate segment 
  • 3-5 years of related SaaS sales experience 
  • Ability to navigate through complex sales 
  • Energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor 
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with prospects 
  • Unwavering commitment to personal performance, and a history of over-achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas 
  • Strong positive coaching background combined with professional integrity 
  •   Experience selling to broad industry based  
  • Ability to contribute or build and lead a team 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple buyer personas
