Talent Coordinator - Hybrid
Our client has a newly created role of Talent Coordinator, an excellent opportunity to work closely within Talent Acquisition. This role will work closely with the VP of Talent Acquisition recruiting C-level and VP-level candidates for portfolio companies within this Private Equity firm. This is largely remote, but they'd like the ability for this person to get to the Washington, DC office once a week or so.
What you’ll do:
- Work with search partners, deal teams and management to ensure an efficient search process including building role specifications, score cards and search strategies.
- Drive programs that increase the firm’s visibility amongst divers candidate pools, including building relationships with relevant organizations.
- Maintain talent database and track metrics for all searches.
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates to build a pool for future search needs.
What you need:
- 2-4+ years of experience in Executive Search, Talent Management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency with a bias for action.
- Intellectual curiosity with an analytical mindset.
- Entrepreneurial nature and unstoppable energy.
- Exceptional communication, both written and oral.
- Ability to drive recruiting projects from the onset through completion, maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
