Talent Acquisition Manager, Healthcare - Washington, D.C. (Hybrid)
Minimum 6 years of experience needed!


Our client is a visionary black-owned, provider-led, community-based comprehensive health and care partner recognized for personalized health services that enrich well-being. They are in search of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to build, lead and manage all facets of talent acquisition efforts.

What you will do:
  • Develop and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy, including enhancing the Employer Brand and improving the candidate experience.
  • Lead a team of 1-3 Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Act as a business partner to leaders, supporting growth initiatives that align with the business strategy.
  • Implement diversity recruiting strategies to attract a varied workforce.
  • Build community-based connections to foster local talent pipelines.
  • Lead in defining and executing talent acquisition strategies to create business value.
  • Collaborate with other business divisions to achieve objectives.
  • Foster a productive and inclusive work environment for the team.


What we are looking for:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of healthcare talent acquisition experience preferred, including 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems is preferred.
  • Supervisory Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition team.

What you will get:
  • Base salary: $100,000-$110,000 + bonus.
