- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of progressive corporate talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting professional, management, director, and executive-level talent.
- Proven ability to partner directly with senior executives and business leaders.
- Expertise identifying, engaging, and recruiting passive candidates.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence hiring decisions through insight and data.
