The Role: Our client is looking for a Strategic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, focusing on talent marketplaces, enterprises, and channel partners in the contingent workforce space. You'll be selling our EOR/AOR and worker classification solutions, helping companies easily and safely onboard and pay contract workers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Target talent marketplaces, enterprise clients, and channel partners in the contingent workforce industry.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and engage prospective clients across our core verticals, including Talent Marketplaces, Enterprises, and SaaS companies.
    • Leverage your pre-existing network of industry contacts for deal sourcing/acceleration, and thought leadership.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Engage with clients to deeply understand their workforce needs and pain points.
    • Offer tailored solutions leveraging our platform's EOR/AOR, compliance, and worker classification strengths.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Understand the role of compliance within the sourcing and hiring supply chain.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry news and events to identify opportunities within our existing and prospective customer base.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Confidently speak about the company's use of integrations, artificial intelligence, and platform capabilities.
    • Understand the role of technology as both foundational to the company and as a differentiator during the sales process.
    • Conduct platform demos, translating complex functionalities to diverse audiences.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Identify and differentiate decision-makers within client organizations.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with leadership and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
    • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance our product and services.
  • Market Feedback:
    • Gather and share market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy and product development.
  • Travel:
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 3-5+ years as a top-performing sales professional.
    • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of EOR/AOR Operations and the Staffing Industry:
    • Strong understanding of EOR/AOR services and operations.
    • Ability to speak directly to the needs of prospective clients regardless of their vertical.
  • Sales Skills:
    • Strong consultative selling approach with excellent negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Familiarity with ABM growth methodology and direct experience with high-touch & enterprise sales processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Cultural Fit:
    • Hungry and driven to succeed with a builder mentality.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: Base salary of $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Incentives: Commission structure that equates to 50% or more of total compensation, with significant earning potential based on performance.
