Strategic Business Development- Staffing Industry

Charlotte, NC or Inland Empire, California ( Remote role but must sit in the territory)

Join our client selling a new e-staffing solution. Your role will be to  bring  their  contingent e-staffing solution  to mid-market and enterprise customers.  As a Strategic Business Development Director, you will drive deals and account growth.

Your responsibilities:
  • Identify and close new account opportunities
  • Target and engage relevant C level decision makers at the enterprise levels
  • Present and gather business objectives and requirements during consultative sales meetings with prospects and customers

What it takes to catch our eye:
  • 5+ years experience selling   staffing programs to LI/Commercial/Call Center clients
  • Competitiveness: an appetite to do more, faster, bigger, and better than others
  • High energy and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, solve problems and think on your feet
