Strategic/Enterprise Sales Role, Staffing 

As a Leader with our Strategic Accounts team, your goal is to build and grow relationships with our existing clients, as well as bring in new business. Additionally, you will make it a goal to continually network, to make the company  the partner of choice for hiring managers. While your primary focus will be on clients needing a contingent workforce program, you will organically develop other businesses for various solutions.

The Strategic Accounts Leader is an experienced staffing professional (recruiter or salesperson) hardwired for establishing relationships with hiring managers to maintain existing relationships, increase penetration within existing accounts and developing new business.  The ideal candidate has a real passion for working with the customer to understand current needs, identify opportunities for future growth and solve problems. Required experience in building a network, with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, self-driven environment. You have the flexibility to tackle different objections and provide a consultative approach in order to solve complex business problems.   • Direct Revenue responsibility of $3-5M

  • Responsible for profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue and margins)

  • Identifies opportunities for growth/maturation of the company’ offerings

  • Provides oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements

  • Drives business development

  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list and understands how to bring in other Company' s  Practice Areas to solve client problems

  • Oversees overall delivery quality assurance

  • Facilitates client satisfaction feedback (NPS)

  • Qualify client job orders and establish a plan to placement

  • Provide customer service, counsel clients on strategy to attract onboard talent

  • Educate clients on current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions, technical salary ranges and local variances

  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with qualified clients in an effort to secure future/ongoing needs

  • 4+ years prior professional staffing/consulting / business development experience building staffing accounts

  • Experience successfully selling Staffing Services in excess of $3M-$5M in Gross Revenue Annually (have management consulting skills and experiences)

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Expert people management skills, ability to work with Directors, VP' s and C level executives

  • Expert in business operations (invoicing, contracts, margin,)

  • Ability to manage across multiple clients

  • High degree of accountability and drive

  • Prior experience in staffing and/or recruiting is a MUST HAVE
