What you will do:
- Manage and nurture key client accounts in the energy sector.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients and candidates.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to account management and pipelining.
- Adapt to changing business dynamics and evolving service offerings.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the energy industry.
- 2-4 years of experience working in sales or account management in staffing.
- Strong appointment setting and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and internal teams.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial space is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to contribute to a growing business.
