Sr. Sales Executive, Contract IT Staffing
3+ years staffing industry leadership experience required
Potential for relocation to Chicagoland suburbs as role is Hybrid, in the Oak Brook office 3 days a week.

Our client, a $20m established Contract IT Staffing firm in the Chicagoland Suburbs has deployed cutting edge technology and automation within their tech stack with the average book of business exceeding $5m per Sales Executive.
What you will do:
- Build relationships with key decision makers within the IT space and provide human capital solutions.
- Have access to a world class tech stack, guiding the use of technology and automation throughout a multi-touch sales process.
- Utilize a tenured and prolific recruitment staff to fill the positions you uncover.
What we’re looking for:
- A demonstrated leader in Contract Staffing, preferably out of production with a demonstrated success in building and growing business organically.
- Somebody who embraces and is excited about technology.
