Responsibilities:
- Build territory/portfolio through effective prospecting and new business activities.
- Obtain appointments for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain and develop client relationships, building a referral network with specific tools and deliverables.
- Generate revenue through an organized work plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their workforce needs.
- Leverage local sales manager to expand footprint with new clients.
- Effectively position and sell proprietary workforce management software and tech-enabled solutions.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to build a territory/portfolio or manage existing business.
- Trainable and coachable with a goal of achieving a six-figure income.
- Strong relationship-building skills and people-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM programs.
- Minimum 1 year of Outside Sales experience, preferably in Light Industrial, Warehouse, Clerical, and Hospitality industries.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, cold calling, and networking skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in staffing sales.
- Understanding of technology solutions in workforce management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth.
