Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales, Workforce Solutions Staffing

Our client is a leader in AOR, EOR, payroll, and contingent workforce solutions. They are known for delivering compliant, scalable workforce programs and winning complex, enterprise-level engagements.
We’re hiring for a Senior Vice President of Sales to drive new business growth, lead a high-performing team, and execute a strategic go-to-market vision.
What you will do:
- Originate, advance, and close enterprise-level deals across workforce solutions offerings
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team as a true player–coach
- Own and refine go-to-market strategy across North America
- Drive pipeline development, forecasting discipline, and conversion performance
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging and demand generation
- Build relationships with enterprise buyers and industry stakeholders
- Represent the organization at industry events and strengthen market presence
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in staffing, AOR/EOR, payroll, or workforce solutions
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and deal instincts
- Ability to balance hands-on selling with leadership responsibilities

- Required education, training, experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Extensive experience in workforce solutions, staffing, or related industries
- Experience with MSP/VMS ecosystems and enterprise procurement processes preferred
