Job Description
As Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales, you will be leading sales strategy and execution for one of the most exciting healthcare staffing companies in the US. This is a time of opportunity and challenge as hospital systems are evolving their use of talent and need innovative solutions to solve complex issues.
Understanding the latest flexible workforce solutions, nursing, labor disruption, healthcare technology, and broader market trends impacting the healthcare industry in America is a must!
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead an experienced team to acquire new business, both MSP and direct to large hospital systems, and grow market share effectively while fostering key client relationships.
- Establish and manage sales targets and revenue goals for profitability.
- Develop pricing models and margin strategies for financial optimization.
- Utilize data analytics for pipeline growth and sales success with measurable KPIs.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships for seamless operational delivery.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required with 15+ years proven experience leading sales organizations in Staffing, ideally with Travel Nurse/Healthcare and MSP expertise.
- Executive presence with experience managing high-level opportunities and advancing client relationships, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders and outcomes.
- Understanding of the latest flexible workforce solutions, nursing, labor disruption, healthcare technology, and broader market trends impacting the healthcare industry in America.
