5+ years Healthcare Staffing and/or Workforce Solution Sales Experience
We are looking for an experienced and tenacious Sales Executive to join our client’s MSP and VMS workforce solution team. With a focus on their Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Regional Director Client Solutions, under the direction of the National Director, achieves sales metrics in a defined sales territory by focusing on strategies for new account penetration and cross-selling for existing accounts. Strives for continuous growth in the market through partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders using short and long-term business planning skills, focused on workforce strategies and solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of the company.
- Partner with other divisions under using a proactive approach to identify cross-selling and multiple service line opportunities to grow the overall business including exposing all existing and potential clients to the service offering or expanded services through a consultative selling approach.
- Strive to meet and exceed annual sales quotas for territory through aggressive selling techniques, concept selling with promotions, retention of accounts, and maximizing market penetration.
- Target specific accounts and develops a winning strategy to achieve primary vendor status by building relationships with hospital administrators, CHRO’s, CNO’s, Clinical Staff, and Nurses with the ability to communicate effectively with health system personnel at all levels.
- Analyze market, industry, and sales trends to develop short and long-range business plans for the territory. Uses information to design business plans for each of the top 40 prospects in the sales territory as well as forecast for future business.
- Proactively maintain involvement with Prospect Clients to develop strong business relationships using regular telephone and face to face contact.
- Create sales growth opportunities by developing community relations and identifying referral sources.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization, create enthusiasm for growth, and translate sales and marketing goals into meaningful additional revenues.
- Must be able to drive and travel extensively to secure and develop key business initiatives.
- Proven ability to drive growth in assigned division, service lines, and markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, sales, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in lieu of a degree, the equivalent in proven work experience. MBA Preferred.
- 5+ years Healthcare Sales experience.
