Senior Recruiter, Professional Staffing
Job Description
Our client is adding a Senior Recruiter to their professional staffing division in Phoenix, Arizona. Offering amazing benefits and an exceptionally tenured leadership team, this could be your next home!
What you’ll do:
- Recruit on roles in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Office and Administration utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, CareerBuilder, Indeed and others.
- Desire to build a team and move into a player/coach role as the team hires additional recruiting support.
- Manager, foster and grow relationships with various clients in Phoenix and the surrounding area.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the company's dress code guidelines during client meetings and interactions.
- Collaborate with the team and engage in planning activities, including client events and growth strategies.
- Work closely with leadership on key decisions and initiatives.
- Uphold the company's values and participate in company meetings.

What you need:
- Minimum 5 years of staffing industry experience within professional skillsets including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Information Technology and Office/Administration.
- Ability to report to an office and work in a collaborative way with colleagues.
- Desire to work directly with hiring needs, meeting with them to understand their hiring needs.
Compensation: $80-90K base plus commission

Beginning her career as an on-site manager in Lenexa, Kansas, Jennifer has experience recruiting in multiple geographies throughout the U.S. with expertise recruiting in the IT, Legal, Accounting and Finance, Administrative, Manufacturing, Light Industrial and Healthcare verticals. Jennifer is a graduate of Kansas State University and a mom of three. She loves traveling, playing games with her family, and Friday night date nights with her husband.
