Job Description
Our client, a growing light industrial staffing firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their corporate team. If you live close to either Stockton or Ontario, CA and have the following skills, we want to speak with you.
Case Management: Paralegals organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage documents.
Trial Preparation: They assist with preparing for trials, including gathering evidence, preparing exhibits, and organizing materials.
Client Communication: Paralegals communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case.
Fact Gathering: They investigate and gather facts related to a case, including interviewing witnesses and gathering information from various sources.
Administrative Tasks: Paralegals handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Legal Document Review: They review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Legal Research: Paralegals research laws, regulations, and legal articles relevant to specific cases.
Document Drafting: They draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
