Senior MSP and Staffing Sales Consultant, Life Sciences & Tech Staffing - Virtual

Senior Sales Consultant (Life Sciences and Tech) is accountable for:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy, aligning with the needs of businesses in the specified geographic region.
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying new opportunities, converting prospects, and securing long-term client partnerships.
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, leveraging internal expertise to support strategic initiatives.
- Create regional sales plans that differentiate the company from competitors and maximize market penetration.
- Expand client relationships, identifying ways to grow accounts within the region.
- Engage senior decision-makers and influence key stakeholders within local businesses to create winning opportunities.
- Apply regional industry insights, labor market trends, and competitive awareness to consult with clients effectively.
- Work closely with operations, product teams, and support functions to tailor solutions to regional workforce challenges.
- Stay informed on regional competitor strategies to refine positioning and maintain market leadership.
- Collaborate with pricing and finance to develop profitable solutions tailored to regional dynamics.
- Manage and report pipeline activity through tracking tools, ensuring transparency and strategic execution.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Execution of prospecting strategies within the the Life Sciences and Tech Industry.
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline that supports or exceeds sales targets.
- Achieving productivity benchmarks aligned with tenure and market potential.
- Regional expertise: Understands market dynamics, local workforce trends, and economic factors affecting businesses.
- Client relationship: Builds strong local business connections, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Results-driven decision-making: Ensures smooth implementation and execution of solutions post-sales.
- Ownership mentality: Takes initiative, demonstrating accountability and commitment to success.
- Independent mindset: Confidently navigates complex sales cycles and drives strategic growth independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in consultative sales within a professional services or specialty industry environment.
- 5-7+ years of experience preferred.
- Strong sales expertise with a focus on Life Sciences and Tech market expansion.
- Exceptional presentation skills for engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Compensation includes Base 150k with significant upside earning incentive.
