Senior Healthcare Staffing Leader, Life Science and Healthcare Staffing – NYC or Remote
10+ years staffing industry experience required
Candidates must be willing to travel to NYC at least quarterly if remote.

We’re hiring for a Senior Healthcare/Life Science Staffing Leader to build, scale, and lead a healthcare division through a turnaround and growth strategy, owning both vision and execution.
What you will do:
- Lead a full turnaround and growth strategy for the healthcare staffing vertical
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including target clients and service offerings
- Build and scale high-performing sales and recruiting teams
- Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and performance management processes
- Develop talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health)
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and client expansion
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing, and data privacy
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership across operations, tech, finance, and HR
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience building and scaling a staffing vertical or business line
- Strong background in healthcare staffing (nursing, allied, clinical, or healthcare IT, Life Science)
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic growth plans
- Experience leading senior leaders and driving accountability
- Strong understanding of KPIs, sales/recruiting metrics, and operating cadence
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments
- Track record of improving team performance and business outcomes
