Our client is adding a Senior Division Manager to their NYC team. Currently operating in the U.S., U.K. and Germany, their highly skilled teams work with organizations placing nice specialists in the Life Sciences and Medical Technology industries.
What you need:
- 4-10 years of staffing sales experience preferably within a Technical or Professional vertical.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, either starting as a recruiter and moving into sales, or running a full 360 desk.
- Stable work history with a minimum of 3-5 years in each position you've held.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership over a sales team of 2 or more individuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive market providing superb service to your clients, candidates and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
