Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting C-level prospects and building strategic partnerships to secure high-volume staffing contracts. This role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize C-level prospects within target industries for high-volume staffing contracts.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
- Track sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing high-volume contracts in the staffing industry.
- Demonstrated success in selling staffing solutions or related services to C-level executives.
- Strong understanding of HR and workforce management trends, including contingent staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and managed services programs (MSP).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

She has been with MeeDerby for nearly 7 years now and has risen to Associate Director where she manages a recruiting team and manages her own desk.
