SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - IT STAFFING - PHOENIX, AZ 

Must have 5-7 yrs IT Staffing Sales exp. 
Remote role in the Phoenix Market 
Client Partner – Financial Services & Insurance 

Our client is a privately held $100m+ IT Staffing and Consulting firm,  focused exclusively on financial services and insurance. Helping  clients accelerate transformation by delivering domain-aligned advisory, capability design, and execution support. 

As a Client Partner, you’ll manage a portfolio of financial services and insurance clients, with responsibility for deepening relationships, expanding engagement footprint, and supporting delivery success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Ownership: Serve as the strategic point of contact across your client portfolio, building long-term trusted relationships.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive expansion across advisory, embedded expertise, and delivery team engagements.

  • Solution Alignment: Understand client initiatives (e.g., core banking, cloud modernization, M&A, treasury, regulatory compliance) and align appropriate solutions.

  • Account Planning: Develop structured growth plans by business unit, function, and initiative.

  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with Practice Leads and Project Delivery to assemble client-ready teams and ensure high delivery performance.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and activity tracking.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years in professional services, consulting, or strategic sales within financial services or insurance.

  • Demonstrated success managing and growing enterprise accounts.

  • Strong understanding of FS&I transformation areas (e.g., digital, data, operations, regulatory).

  • Skilled at consultative selling and shaping value-based conversations.

  • Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven.
