5+ YEARS SELLING LOCUMS IN THE STAFFING INDUSTRY

Our client is a 30 yr old, privately held professional staffing firm, headquartered in NY with offices in 9 markets across the US. Hiring for a Senior Account Executive with strong Locums Staffing exp. to expand and land new accounts with healthcare facilities.
Committed to the continuous success of their 300+ employees, from new-hire training and mentorship programs to technology and custom resources.
What you will do:
- Develop your own line of business within the industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts.
- Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company’s culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs.
- Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process.
- Respond promptly to resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies and client/candidate concerns as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ Years of Locums Sales Exp. in the staffing industry
- Strategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadlines.
- Strong motivation for personal growth and success.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
