Senior Account Executive, IT Staffing
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our client, a 30-year old IT staffing firm with an exceptional reputation in the marketplace. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys the thrill of business development, has a proven track record of success, and is ready to contribute to the growth of a small yet high-impact organization.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and target potential clients within the Philadelphia region for new business development opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to capitalize on new business prospects.
- Collaborate with an experienced recruiting lead to ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Leverage personal and company networks to establish connections with C-level executives.
- Attend regular stand-up meetings, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach.
- 4-10 years of successful business development experience specifically within IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, with a focus on contract and consulting business.
- Proven track record of independently landing and growing key accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a consulting sales approach is highly advantageous.
