Market Director, Federal Staffing – Washington, DC Metro (Tysons/Vienna)
7-10 years staffing industry experience required.

Our client is a long-tenured, nationally recognized staffing and solutions provider with an expanding solutions business.
We’re hiring a Market Director to lead the DC federal market, drive growth, and lead a tenured team supporting federal clients and partners.
What you will do:
- Own growth strategy and execution for a federal-only staffing market
- Drive new client development and expand existing federal relationships
- Lead a tenured team; set expectations, coach performance, and ensure delivery quality
- Navigate contract vehicles, program changes, and project volatility common in federal work
- Build senior relationships across federal stakeholders and system integrators
- Partner internally to expand both staffing and solutions/SOW opportunities where applicable
What we’re looking for:
- Proven staffing sales leadership (player/coach) with measurable wins
- Experience in federal staffing strongly preferred (clearance/program familiarity a plus)
- Strong client-facing presence; can operate at executive levels
- Comfortable in environments with shifting programs and high accountability
- Can lead from the front: prospecting + strategy + team leadership

- Base $175K–$225K + upside
- Existing tenured team and established run-rate
