Contract Sales Expertise: Preference for candidates with a background in contract sales, as permanent sales experience does not align well with the business model.

She started her career in field marketing and quickly realized that she had a natural ability in leading people and building teams. Like many, she fell into staffing and found that it was an industry that allowed her to utilize all of her skills in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Sue came to MeeDerby through an introduction to Robin Mee via her former boss at the former Capital Area Staffing Association mixer. After she was ready to make a change, Sue reached out to Robin to discuss her career search and after sharing what she was looking for, Robin suggested discussing an opportunity internally with MeeDerby. She has been with MeeDerby for nearly 7 years now and has risen to Associate Director where she manages a recruiting team and manages her own desk.
Sue is passionate about positivity and leading with heart and attacks all things in life with tenacity and speed. Sue is emphatically committed to her husband and two children. She is also passionate about weight lifting, hiking, and hot yoga. Sue loves to travel and has been to 36 states.
