Sales Manager, IT Staffing

Are you looking to take on leadership responsibility, grow an existing portfolio of Enterprise clients and build a team? Our client, a growing National IT Staffing company has a new role for a Sales Director for their Enterprise account team based in the Northern California Market.
You will be responsible for hiring and building a team of account managers across the Bay Area, California region and managing the overall revenue and profitability of the region. Inherit 2 Client Service managers, a large enterprise account portfolio and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the sales team to prospect new clients, as well as growing existing books of business.
- Develop sales strategies and business solutions to grow existing business and secure new clients.
- Mentor, Motivate and Monitor sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Promote a team culture that embraced company values, goals, high performance, discipline, accountability, data integrity and effective communication.
- Responsible for continuous training + reinforcement training.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to ensure weekly / quarterly / yearly KRA’ s are consistently executed with the goal to achieve Presidents Club.
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record of driving and growing Enterprise clients.
- Experience in a Sales leadership or mentorship role.
- Previous IT Staffing Account Management experience.
