IT Staffing Leader/Sales Driver
Ideally targeting Ohio/Connecticut or Indianapolis
IT Staffing Leader needed for our client, an industry leading employee-owned staffing company with a track record of providing accounting, finance and technology professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries.
What you will do:
Drive and scaling the contract staffing division for growth. Currently across multiple markets they have an established team of Direct Hire recruiters and are looking to develop their contract staffing practice.
Ideally targeting the Midwest, Southwest or Denver markets, it is critical that the you are a sales driver who is confident and capable of doing a market start up. MUST have experience scaling a market for sales growth.
Unique upside career potential with compensation including stock as this is an ESOP company.
Base to 140k with commission, depending on experience.
