Business Development Executive – IT Staffing | NYC Metro (Remote)

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospect, pitch, and close new clients across the NYC Metro area (Fortune 1000, utilities, government, and more)

Partner with a dedicated Recruiting team to deliver top IT talent to your clients

Operate remotely with the independence and discipline to grow a book of business
What You Bring

3+ years of IT staffing sales experience with a proven track record of landing new business

Strong network of decision-makers in the NYC market (preferred)

Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by performance-based rewards

Base salary $85K + uncapped commission ($150K–$350K+ OTE)

She enjoys inner ‘soul work’ through the practices of breathwork and meditation.
