Impact opportunity. Sales Leader needed for our client, responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability for the company. The individual must be adept at professional networking and building strong relationships, demonstrated success in acquiring and expanding clients. Must be able to develop creative solutions to meet clients’ needs and potential challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with senior leaders to develop the sales strategy, defining roles and priorities and lead the Business Development Managers using KPIs and regularly track pipelines, manage priorities and performance metrics to share within the team and the wider Customer Success and Delivery Teams.
- Lead the Business Development Managers in fostering strong collaborative relations with both the Customer Success and Delivery Teams and champion and lead relevant sales training within the brand.
- Responsible for owning key thought leadership events and publications within key target markets, attend industry specific events and networking opportunities.
- Ability to articulate and win complex recruitment solutions including RPO. Retained and SOW services.
- Actively build and maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline of leads/opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with clients’ hiring managers to continually expand reach inside their organization.
- Possess a solutions-oriented mindset to define the best solution to deliver the expected outcome for the client and the business.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure effective delivery for clients’ needs.
- Performs other job duties as requested and assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ideally 10 years' sales experience in a service industry/MUST have Staffing Industry - Healthcare background.
- Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals and prioritizing and possessing excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication ability.
- Detailed, organized, adaptable, team oriented and have the ability to build strong internal relationships.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team
- Ability to work on own initiative and have a strong work ethic.
