Sales Director – Allied Health Staffing | Remote
Founded in 1999, the mission of our client is to improve healthcare and exceed facility expectations with highly qualified healthcare professionals, the latest technology, and an emphasis on customer service.
The Sales Director is ultimately responsible for the sales, strategy, and execution of the Allied Health division. This position will focus on developing and executing a sales strategy in support of building the division with new and existing clients.
What you'll do:
- Lead and drive the Allied Health sales development, implementation, and on-going strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the overall growth and retention of the organization.
- Consult and partner with the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and sales strategy.
- Research, analyze, and assemble recommendations regarding sales metrics.
- Create and implement sales plans and campaigns.
- Build pipelines for current and future needs of clients.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
- Work strategically with cross functional leaders.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the Allied Health industry.
- Concrete understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Previous experience leading and coaching direct reports.
- Proven ability to engage and establish credibility and respect of employees, peers, and leaders.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with minimal need for direct supervision and guidance.
