Job Description
Our client, a Leading Tech Workforce Solutions Partner is seeking an experienced, strategic Sales Director to lead and expand their sales team.
The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, effectively coach team members, analyze key performance metrics, and successfully execute initiatives aligned with company objectives. This role requires leadership with clarity, conviction, empathy, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use data-driven insights to inform strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and travel as necessary.
