Regional Director of Sales, Creative Staffing
Our client, a national award-winning creative, marketing, and tech workforce solutions agency, is hiring a Regional Director of Sales for a full-time remote position focused exclusively on permanent placement services.
Required Experience:
- Creative staffing industry background (marketing, creative, digital, UX/UI, design, content, production, etc.)
- Proven success selling
- Contract Staffing
- VMS/MSP programs
- Managed Services
- Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
- Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Strong history of opening new accounts and driving revenue growth
Ideal Background:
- Currently a Director, Regional Director, VP Sales, Practice Leader, or top-producing Sales Manager at a creative/digital staffing firm
- Has relationships with marketing, creative, digital, and in-house agency leaders
- Comfortable selling enterprise solutions while coaching individual contributors
- Experience working with national accounts and large MSP/VMS environments
