Business Development Manager, AV Staffing - Remote

Our client is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow client partnerships and drive new business within the structured cabling staffing space.
What you will do:

Develop new business with AV system integrators and contractors.

Manage existing client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Achieve sales goals and KPIs tied to gross profit and activity metrics.

Partner with recruiters to deliver top talent.

Attend industry trade shows and client meetings.

Utilize CRM to manage pipeline and forecasting.
What we’re looking for:

REQUIRED: 2+ years of staffing experience in AV, cable, or low voltage industries.

Proven success building client relationships and generating revenue.

Strong understanding of the AV staffing market.

Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.

Willing to travel for client meetings and occasional office visits.

$50K - $70K base + 10% GP commission (no sliding scale).
