Regional VP, Light Industrial Staffing - West Coast
Our client, a leading logistics/supply chain and manufacturing staffing firm, is seeking an inspiring, strategically minded Regional Vice President to lead one of their most dynamic regions and accelerate the region's growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Division President to shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and deliver strong financial performance across a multi-million-dollar P&L.
As RVP, you will lead high-performing teams, cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and spearhead key operational and commercial initiatives that fuel long-term success. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing talent, aligning regional and national goals, and unlocking new opportunities—from strategic partnerships to high-ROI investments.
